fantastic hotel experience

clean room comfortable bed

i found the staff very helpful. every request was handled efficiently and with a smile. the room was clean. the bed was very comfortable, and the amenities were satisfactory. i felt the 24-hour gym was a great bonus for fitting in a workout.

the room felt slightly small, with limited space for luggage. i think adding more storage options would enhance the overall comfort.

such a great stay!

metro station rooftop pool breakfast options

the metro station proximity is so great. i like costa at the lobby level! the rooftop pool was lovely. the breakfast had plenty of options, and it was really good!!!

i scratched myself almost every day because i had an allergic reaction to something, maybe the shower gel or bedding. i noticed tiny insects in the room too.

i really liked how close this place was to the metro station! it made getting around super easy. the staff was also very friendly and helpful, really making the experience great. the breakfasts were AMAZING!!! so many options and everything tasted so fresh.

early check-in was a bit of a hassle. i had to wait quite a while at the reception even after asking about it multiple times. some of the power plugs in the room didn't work, inconvenient! the location, though close to the metro, felt a little disconnected.

the room included two separate sinks. there was a rainfall shower. the metro station was about 300 meters away.

i found limited parking available. most parking spaces outside required payment. the hotel assumed no responsibility for guest parking availability.

monotonous breakfast limited parking

The breakfast was not my favorite. It seemed the same every day. the room, while clean, felt a bit small considering it was supposedly a family room. finding a parking spot was tricky. The supposedly free parking filled up quickly, and street parking reminded me of a gamble with those police fines.
